Shakeel was born in Arifwala. He is 7 years old. He lost his mother when he was 2 yeard old. Due to poverty they were unable to get proper medical treatment, therefore their mother died due to blood cancer. Their father was taking care for them, but he used to do drugs badly. His father left him and his younger brother “Tanveer” alone. Now there was no one to take care for them. One of their aunties committed to take care for them. Unfortunately, she was also poor and could not provide these little ones proper care. Therefore, in age of 3 and 5 they were sent to work at brick kiln to earn some income. Ah, they used to get about 5 dollars a month. We feel sad to say that when these little ones were injured in an accident they didn’t have any medical treatment. They suffered the injuries without any aid. When they were sick, there was no medication. Due to un-cleanness, poor quality food and un-safe drinking water, still they have skin allergy, stomach problem and other diseases.

After their time on brick kiln they used to spend their whole time dealing with society problems, abusive friends and false activities.

We adopted them on October 27, 2010. It is a big challenge for us to transform their lives to a better future. We are providing Shakeel and his brother educational facilities and other necessities. But still we need your prayers and blessings.
